The so-called powder-coating technology involves three essential steps: First, the tap body is sprayed with BLANCO’s secret, exclusive colour mixture. Only the finest pigments are used to achieve a perfectly homogeneous result. In a special oven at 200°C (392°F), the colour coating fuses seamlessly with the tap body, creating an even and robust surface. Finally, every single piece undergoes thorough quality checks.

The PVD process takes place in vacuum chambers, where a magnetic field precisely directs metallic colour particles to form a strong and lasting bond with the tap body.
